Skilled Administrative Support Professional 

My name is Caoimhe Harte owner and founder of Spideog VA. I set up Spideog VA initially to help my work schedule become flexible. It's very important that when I'm working that it's helping other people maintain a healthy work life balance too. Having a young child, I wanted to ensure that applied to me too. That's when I decided to become a Virtual Assistant and Spideog VA was born.

I have experience in office administration from a range of different sectors. I have worked in hospitality, childcare and as a front desk Receptionist. I am organised, friendly and experienced. I have always loved working with people and more recently discovered my love of video editing and social media.
